The machine is developed by adopting Italian classic structure technology and idea of profile processing in combination with the professional outcome of our company. The machine is mainly used for the grooving and cutting of ACP for curtain wall and pure aluminum plate,PVC and fireproofing plate.
1. Adopting imported hard alloy saw blades ensures high stability in high-speed running, efficiency and long life.
2. Grooving depth is controlled by special eccentric bearing structure, and adjustment can be done at random between 0 to 8mm; the adjustment is
easy and the precision is high. The grooving depth deviation ≤0.15mm.
3. The cutting head can realize the horizontal and vertical cutting or grooving. Its of easy adjusting, accurate positioning, flexible operating and stability.
